Statement of Faith

At Abundant Life Christian College, our faith is grounded in the Word of God and centered on the foundational truths of historic Christianity.

We affirm the following:

​

• The Holy Scriptures
  We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God, given by divine inspiration and fully trustworthy for teaching, correction, and guidance in faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16–17).

• The Triune God
  We believe in one God, eternally revealed in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who is the Creator and sustainer of all things (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19).

• Jesus Christ
  We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, revealed the will and kingdom of God through His teaching and works, died as a sacrifice for sin, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and continues to intercede on behalf of humanity (John 1:1–3; Hebrews 7:25).

• Salvation
  We believe salvation is received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ and His atoning death and resurrection. Salvation is the gracious gift of God, not earned through human effort, and results in new life and eternal hope (John 3:3; Ephesians 2:8–9).

• The Church
  We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, called to worship God, grow in discipleship, and participate faithfully in the mission of Christ through the proclamation of the gospel and the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Ephesians 1:22–23; Matthew 28:19–20).
